Pre-Engineered Buildings are simple and economical in design yet fully functional and diverse in purpose.
Frame members (hot rolled or built-up) are designed in accordance with the American Institute of steel
Construction (AISC) “Manual of Steel Construction, Allowable Stress Design.
Cold-Formed members are designed in accordance with the American Ironand Steel Institute (AISI)
“Cold formed Steel Design Manual” All welds are designed in accordance with the American Welding
Society(AWS) : “Structural Welding Code Steel”. Loads are applied in accordance with the requirements
of the MetalBuilding Manufacturers Association (MBMA) of the USA “Low Rise buildingSystems Manual”.
Roof Profiles
STANDING SEAM ROOFING SYSTEM : SMBS-76/460
SMBS 76-460 having its Profile depth of 76mm with 25mm Seaming height is well designed for faster water shedding and this Roof panels are Permanently Seamed together with 360 Degree Double Lock Seam Sheets using Hand Seamers and Electric Seamers where in it is designed as Water and Dust Proof. Roof Seaming Clips are designed with Stainless Steel tabs to secure well and seamed along with the Roof Sheets
Profile Features
- Roof Sheet length more than 100mtrs of Single length can be formed and fixed at site.
- The Seaming Clamp is well designed with Stainless-Steel Tabs which is seamed along with the Sheets.
- Stainless Steel tabs are more effective than other galvanized tabs.
- The Movement of the clip allows 30mm-32mm Heat Expansion and Contraction.
- The Profile having its horizontal stiffeners gives more strength to the sheet.
Wall Profiles
SCREW DOWN PROFILE FOR WALL : SMBS-30/1000
SMBS 30-1000 trapezoidal Roof and Cladding Sheets of 30mm Depth,200mm Pitch and 1000mm cover width. The Profile as a Wide pans with Anticapillary Water return with male and Female ends.

Strip Clad Profiles
STRIP CLAD PROFILE FOR FLASHING SUPPORTS : SMBS 16/185
SMBS 16-185 Multi Rib Sheet of 16mm Depth,185mm width Sheets are used below the Flashings, at Upper Coat Location, Walk Way etc. These Panels are used at Ridge, Gable, LFlashings applicable on Roofs.
Profile Features
- Pitch of 16mm and 185 mm Width makes it very rigid .
- Used instead of Ply Woods.

- Used for Facades for showrooms and False Ceilings.

Decking Profiles
DECKING PROFILES FOR FLOOR : SMBS-52/950
SMBS 52-950 Decking Profile 52mm Depth,235mm Pitch and
950mm cover width SMBS 52-950 Floor Panel is produced from
Galvanized steel Z275 (zinc 275gm/m2) with theoption of Color
Coated Galvanized Steel produced in the thickness 0.8mm,
1.0mm and1.2mm available in steel grade 240 – 350 mpa .

Z & C Purlin
Pre punch, post cutting type and complete automatic Rolled foaming.
Purlin Sizes : 150 to 300 mm
Material : GI or MS
Thickness : 1.6 mm to 3 mm
Yield Strength 345MPa(50000 psi) and will confirm to the physical specifications of ASTM 572 (Grade 50) or ASTM A653 (Grade 50) or equivalent.
