Southern Metals Building Systems Pvt Ltd formed by a group of company from “M/s Southern Fabricators” established in the year 1979 and from “M/s Imbarkely India Pvt Ltd” since 2020 specialized in the field of Design, Analysis, Fabrication and Construction of Pre-Engineered Buildings.
We are state of art & specialized in Design, Analysis, manufacturing / fabrication, sand blasting, painting, supply & erection of steel structures with total safety & stability to suit the site conditions as per the customer’s specific design requirements. We can cater you a complete finished product since we are well situated in industrial belt. We have the capacity to execute 15,000 MT & + / annum of steel structures & allied products. We have well experienced & technically qualified team to cater quality products and to meet your timely specific requirements, dedicated to the product development & customer service with all the IS steel standards.
What We Do
Designing, Analysis, Manufacturing and Fabrication of Pre-Engineered Building
Pre-Engineered Buildings are simple and economical in design, yet fully functional and diverse in purpose. When it comes to innovations in engineering, We set the standard for other PEB companies. The entire engineering and detailing process is 100% computerized. We follow the design steel codes as per the standards, also all the structural designing, analysis & detailing is done by Staad Pro, Tekla, Autocad softwares.
Frame members (hot rolled or built-up) are designed in accordance with the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC): “Manual of Steel Construction, Allowable Stress Design.” Cold-formed members are designed in accordance with the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI): “Coldformed Steel Design Manual.” All welds are designed in accordance with the American Welding Society (AWS): “Structural Welding Code Steel”.
Loads are applied in accordance with the requirements of the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) of the USA: “Low Rise Building Systems Manual
